I read a lot of articles about this matter and none of them made sense or they are too polite to be considered as true in my opinion. I'll give you my five cents on this and what I think is work/balance. All of us have a life, just one life as far as we know (religion out of here, please), so we want to get as much as possible out of it, so we try to balance work and life, but the real question is what the F... is the difference? Are you dead when at work? Do you born again each time you get out of your workplace? the clear answer is NO, there's no such a difference. People make that difference, to avoid talking about their own journey, their own life and how to take it seriously and do what they really want to do. I'm not saying everyone should do so, but I think there is a majority that is trying to find this balance and they don't realise that the problem is inside them selfs.
