Life/work balance explained

I read a lot of articles about this matter and none of them made sense or they are too polite to be considered as true in my opinion.
I'll give you my five cents on this and what I think is work/balance.
All of us have a life, just one life as far as we know (religion out of here, please), so we want to get as much as possible out of it, so we try to balance work and life, but the real question is what the F... is the difference? Are you dead when at work? Do you born again each time you get out of your workplace? the clear answer is NO, there's no such a difference. People make that difference, to avoid talking about their own journey, their own life and how to take it seriously and do what they really want to do.
I'm not saying everyone should do so, but I think there is a majority that is trying to find this balance and they don't realise that the problem is inside them selfs.
I'm listening to you saying "I'm a plane builder, how the hell I'll create one myself or found a company, it's too expensive, etc, etc" I understand that some jobs or specialities are not meant to be outside of a corporation, you must be inside of one to do your job. If we take this, I presume you are enough qualified to understand your role and place into the corporation and why you are there. Also, you already said that you can't do it by yourself, so you should follow others rules. That's fine!
BUT... you still have a life and if your work is about a bigger thing that you cannot do individually and I think you are part of a big plan, so that's is a good thing, you just need to realise about that and that there isn't probably any better place than there to do what you love to do.
If by now you still dislike your job or trying to find a work/balance because you don't feel alive when doing your job I'd give you the best advice you'll ever get "change your job or career" You'll improve your life quality in the long run. Don't waste your time because you get paid XXXX or whatever, life is now and you should do every day what you love and you know what... you should enjoy the journey, so you'll never have to find a work/balance, you have one life plenty of things that you love and you are on it every single F... minute.
Do you agree?
